Tell us about your project
Describe what you want to create or improve, where you’ll use it, and any timing or location needs. Chris can help you choose a service if you’re still working out the details.
Start with a conversation
Tell Chris what you need, who it’s for, and when you need it. Bring a detailed brief or an early idea; we’ll work out the right starting point and confirm deliverables, schedule, price, and booking terms in a written proposal.

For filming or photography, share the location and preferred dates. For a website or AI workflow, describe what you need it to do. For a consultation, tell Chris what you’d like to work through.
Your project inquiry
Share your goal and the details you have so far. Send your inquiry directly to Chris here, or prepare an email if you prefer to use your own email app.
When you send an inquiry, we email your details to Chris so he can respond. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date; your written proposal confirms the scope and booking terms. Read how we handle your information.
Inquiry submitted
Chris will reply by email or call if you provide a phone number. Your written proposal will confirm the deliverables, schedule, price, and booking terms.
Email option
Check your details, then choose “Open email draft” and send it from your email app. You can also copy the inquiry into a webmail message to crice@waypointmediallc.com.
Preparing this email does not send it. Review the draft and send it from your email app.
From your idea to an agreed plan
Describe what you want to create or improve, where you’ll use it, and any timing or location needs. Chris can help you choose a service if you’re still working out the details.
Before work begins, your proposal confirms the deliverables, production time, review rounds, delivery dates, additional costs, and booking terms.
With the plan agreed on, we prepare the work, keep you involved at the agreed review points, and deliver the finished files or implementation outlined in your proposal.
